Genesis International, LLC (“GI”) is a Michigan limited liability company which is an advisor and service provider to Institutional Real Estate Investment Funds structured for institutional and pension fund investors. The Company is headquartered in Grosse Ile, Michigan, USA.
While GI is relatively young, two of its principals and several related companies controlled by those two principals have been exclusively engaged in the government leased property business since 1995. GI’s third principal has an extensive real estate and money raising background. Together, the senior management team has over 50 years of real estate investment experience, over 25 years of government-leased property experience and has invested in and managed more than US $2.5 billion in real estate assets.
